How do we ship products to you?
We normally arrange outward and return shipment via TNT Overnight Air or TNT Road Express, depending on what you prefer.
Can I use my own freight-forwarder?
Yes. Just include the name of your preferred courier company and your account details on the Rental Agreement.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
No. To help maintain our low prices, all equipment is stored off-site. Despatch & return is by authorised freight companies only.
Typical delivery times:

Overnight Air to Australian state capitals and their immediate surrounds: Next day.

Road Express to Australian state capitals and their immediate surrounds: 4 days.

Regional Areas: Varies greatly so please call for details.

Perth Metro: Same day for bookings before 12 noon.

Regional WA: Next day for most places, but please call to confirm.
Will I be invoiced for rental charges during transit?
No. We do not apply rental charges while rental equipment is in transit, unless the rental period is less than 1 week.

ONLINE TRACKING:
Within 15 minutes of the equipment leaving our stores, you will receive an automated email confirming that the shipment has been despatched. You can track the shipment online using the consignment note number provided.
